| The objective of the Collective
Investment Schemes (CIS) Committee is to increase the number
of Collective Investment Schemes registered in Bermuda
through recommended improvements in related regulatory
framework and product development. |

| International Marketing
Committee |
The objective of the International Marketing Committee is to raise awareness
of Bermuda as a world leader in international business in target markets overseas
and to differentiate Bermuda from the competition.

| Legislative
Change Committee |
The objective of the Legislative Change Committee is to provide high quality
services and products to Bermuda's customers from a legislative perspective,
and to be the leader in identifying and meeting the changing needs of the international
marketplace.

| Local Awareness Committee |
The objective of the Local Awareness Committee is to raise awareness of and support
for the international business industry among the local community.
|
|
|
|
| Trust Committee |
The objective of the Trust Committee is to support and
promote the on-going viability of Bermuda's trust industry.
The Trust Committee will identify and meet the changing
needs of the international trust marketplace, in order
to encourage the development of high quality services,
and increase the volume of trust business conducted in
or through Bermuda. The Trust Committee will cover such
areas as the regulatory framework for the trust industry,
product development and marketing-related issues. |

| New Product Development Committee |
Keeping Bermuda at the ‘front of mind’ for potential financial investors is an important part of our job. It is important to be proactive, constantly assessing where markets and jurisdictions offer opportunities for niche markets. To support this goal, the New Product Development Committee assists BIBA in promoting Bermuda as a leading financial center in target markets overseas through the development of unique products and services. |
